Armor-Tile Tactile Systems Cast In Place Tiles are a highly durable cost effective solution for setting detectable warning tiles directly into newly poured concrete. Armor-Tile Cast In Place Systems provide the lowest cost installation available of all detectable warnings. The integral embedment flanges allow the concrete to flow through system locking it into place while smaller bleeder holes allow for trapped air to escape, ensuring a flush installation.

Armor-Tile Tactile Warning Surface Systems are strong enough to withstand vehicular loading and resist weathering elements such as freeze/thaw, corrossion, and chemical stain. Nine standard colors are available however color matching is available for large custom projects. Armor-Tile Cast In Place Tiles are easily cut to conform to radius and angled installations and are available in the following typical sizes; 12″x12″, 24″x24″. 24″x36″, 24″x48″, 24″x60″, 36″x48″, 36″x60″.
